When do I pay?

You only pay after we collect and weigh your laundry. The bag size you book is an estimate — we confirm the final price at weigh-in, so you’re never paying for laundry you haven’t actually had washed.

What if my bag is over the weight?

No problem — we move you up to the next bag size and confirm the new price with you before processing. You can always say no and we’ll bring it back at no charge.

Is pickup & delivery really free?

Yes — both pickup and delivery are included in every flat bag price. No fuel surcharges, no minimum order, no hidden fees.

Do you take cash or just card?

Both. You can pay cash to our driver on delivery, or choose “online invoice” at booking and we’ll email you a secure card payment link after weigh-in.

Do you offer subscription pricing?

Coming soon — we’re launching weekly and fortnightly subscription plans with a discount for regulars. For now, every booking is a one-off, so you can try us with zero commitment.

Can businesses get invoices?

Absolutely. Commercial accounts get monthly invoicing with terms, a dedicated account manager, and volume pricing based on your weekly volume. Contact us for a quote.
