The heart of the new Laundly is our app, launching on iPhone and Android. It turns a pile of washing into a 60‑second job:

2. Meet Laundly Plus — laundry on a schedule
Our new subscription plans are for people who’d rather never think about laundry again. Pick weekly or fortnightly, and we just show up.
- Plans from $34 a pickup with a set weight allowance.
- Free folding and wash enhancers included on every plan pickup.
- Priority pickup slots so you always get a convenient window.
- Pause, skip or cancel anytime in the app — no lock‑in.
3. Simpler, flat pricing — only pay for what you bring
We scrapped confusing per‑kilo maths for clear, flat bag pricing. Free pickup and delivery is included on every order, and your bag is weighed at pickup so you’re only charged for what you actually hand over.
Big items are priced per item in the app — blankets from $18, duvet inners from $36, comforters from $38 and pillows from $8. No bag needed.
