Commercial-grade machines, gentle drying, and your chosen wash enhancers. Optional folding add-on.

Follow your driver live, chat in-app, and get proof photos on delivery. Back fresh in 24–48 hours.
Fair pricing

Pay only for what you bring.

Laundly never charges you upfront. When our driver collects your bag, it’s weighed and priced against our flat bag tiers, and only then is your saved card charged. If your load comes in lighter than expected, you pay less — you’re never locked into a size you didn’t use.

How do I book a laundry pickup?
Open the Laundly app, choose your bag size (or add duvets, bundles and large items), pick a pickup window, and confirm. You can also order online as a guest — no account needed.
How long does it take?
Most orders are back at your door within 24 to 48 hours. Need it faster? Add 24-hour Express at checkout.
When am I charged?
Never upfront. We weigh your laundry at pickup, confirm the final price, then charge your saved card — so you only pay for what you actually bring.
Do I need to be home?
No. Pickup and delivery are contactless — just leave your bag at the door and we’ll collect it, then return it fresh.
What if I have special washing instructions?
Add notes in the app when you book — fragrance-free detergent, delicate items, hang-dry and more are all supported.
