Most laundry services either charge per-item (which gets confusing fast) or make you guess the weight upfront (which usually means overpaying). We do it differently: your laundry is weighed at pickup, and your card is only charged after the weigh-in. No paying upfront. No fees for laundry you didn’t actually send.
Here’s the flow:
- Pick the closest bag size when you book (Small, Medium, Large, or XL)
- Your driver weighs your laundry at pickup using a certified scale
- Final price is locked in based on actual weight
- Card charged after weigh-in, not at booking
Residential bag pricing
All prices include wash, dry, and free pickup and delivery across Hamilton. Add-ons (like premium folding, extra softener, or stain treatment) are transparent and priced individually.
3Live driver tracking in the app
No more wondering when the driver will arrive. The Laundly app shows exactly where your driver is on a live map — updated in real time from the moment they’re assigned to your pickup until they’re at your door.
You can also chat or call your driver directly from the app, without saving numbers or digging through call logs. Every status update — booked, driver assigned, on the way, picked up, washing, drying, folding, out for delivery, delivered — shows up automatically so you always know exactly where your laundry is in the process.

Yes. Every new customer gets a Laundly bag delivered with their first order. It’s yours to keep — no deposit, no small print.
Do I need a subscription to use Laundly?
No. Book pickups as often (or as rarely) as you like — one-off orders are welcome. Laundly Plus subscriptions save you money if you’re a regular, but they’re optional.
How does the pricing work?
Flat bag pricing based on the size you choose (from $24 for Small to $59 for XL). Your driver weighs the laundry at pickup so you never pay for more than what you actually send.
How do I track my driver?
Live map + status updates in the Laundly app. You’ll see exactly where your driver is and can chat or call them directly.
Can I book a same-day pickup?
Depends on how full the schedule is on the day. Book early to lock in your preferred slot — Laundly Plus subscribers get priority scheduling.
What if I miss a pickup?
No problem — just rebook. There’s no charge for missed pickups if you give us at least 2 hours’ notice.
